603284-001 <br />6.0 LIMITATIONS <br />The geologic analyses presented in this geologic exploration and seismic hazard <br />evaluation report have been conducted in general accordance with current practice and <br />the standard of care exercised by geotechnical consultants performing similar tasks in <br />the project area. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made regarding the <br />conclusions, recommendations, and opinions presented in this report. <br />Please also note that our evaluation was limited to assessment of the geologic and <br />seismic aspects of the site, and did not include evaluation of structural issues, <br />environmental concerns or the presence of hazardous materials. Our conclusions, <br />recommendations and opinions are based on an analysis of the observed site <br />conditions, engineering characteristics of the site soils and our review of the referenced <br />geologic literature and reports. If geologic conditions different from those described in <br />this report are encountered, our office should be notified and additional <br />recommendations, if warranted, will be provided upon request. <br />-33- <br />Leighton
