As given in the referenced report,the vapor <br />barrier should be 10 mil in thickness. <br />3.3 Utility Lines Crossings <br />These utility lines were not previously indicated on <br />plans supplied to us. <br />a.Roc Bell Conduit <br />i. We understand, through a conversation with Mr. <br />Marshall Andrews of PacBell, that PacBell will <br />design and construct an encasement to protect <br />the conduit from any excessive pressure <br />imposed by the building footings onto the <br />conduit. <br />ii.
