Submitted plans and details were <br />reviewed for compliance with the calculation report. <br />Conclusions <br />Our review finds that the design is adequate to upgrade the structure. The retrofit solution will <br />sufficiently increase the capacity of the lateral-force-resisting-system. All relevant provisions of <br />ASCE41-13 have been satisfied by the design and detailing provided by the plans and calculation. It is <br />our opinion that these plans fully comply with the letter and intent of the building code.
