September 18,2003 <br />Mr. Ken Howe <br />Lutzky Associates Development, LP <br />2915 Redhill Avenue, Suite C 104 <br />Costa Mesa, California 92626 <br />Subject:Report of Geotechnical Investigation <br />Proposed Data Center <br />The First American Corporation <br />Near Columbine Avenue and Halladay Street <br />Santa Ana, California <br />MACTEC Project 4953-03-2631 <br />Dear Mr. Howe: <br />We are pleased to submit the results of our geotechnical investigation for the proposed Data <br />Center to be constructed near Columbine Avenue and Halladay Street in Santa Ana, California. <br />This investigation is being performed in accordance with our agreement for consulting services <br />dated July 1,2003. <br />The scope of our services was planned based on our discussions with you. Mr. Reggie Wilson of <br />Robert R. Coffee Architect & Associates has furnished us with a site plan for the project via email <br />on July 25,2003. Mr. Kenny Lee of Nabih Youssef & Associates has furnished us with structural <br />loadings for the proposed Data Center. <br />The results of our investigation and geotechnical design recommendations are presented in this <br />report.
