Fairview Drive, Santa Ana, Ca. 92704 <br />To whom it may concern, <br />The City of Santa Ana building Department issued a permit to Power Maintenance Services Inc <br />for replacement of the header and decking at the unit listed above. <br />Based on that permit, Power Maintenance Services Inc. has provided a scope of work and a <br />quote for the repairs of the above unit to the Board of Directors at Village Walk Townehomes. <br />The Board of Directors for Village Walk has reviewed Power Maintenance Services Inc. <br />proposal and has determined that the scope of work does not comply with the Architectural plans <br />approved and submitted. <br />Therefore, we have terminated the contract with Power Maintenance Services Inc., but we have <br />not been able to contact them to have them cancel their permit. Therefore we are requesting that <br />the City of Santa Ana void the previous permit granted to Power Maintenance Services Inc. and <br />approve a new permit to be issued to MG Construction, based on the plans that MG Construction <br />will be submitting to yow office. <br />Please advise if you need any additional information from us, as we would like to move forward <br />on completing these repairs in accordance to the plans approved by the City of Santa Ana, by <br />obtaining the permit for MG Construction. <br />Thank you for your consideration, <br />Sincerely, <br />Kevin V.
