This letter confirms the new addresses <br />assigned to a new mixed-use residential and commercial community (“Elan”) at 100 and 200 <br />South Elk Lane in Santa Ana. <br /> <br />The site’s existing addresses include: 1660 E. First Street, 212 So. Elk Lane, and 313 So. Lyon <br />Street. 1660 E. First Street will continue to be used for general site-related permits, while 212 <br />So. Elk Lane, and 313 So. Lyon Street will be retired from use. <br /> <br />Please note that this community will contain two independent structures. 100 South Elk Lane <br />will contain a mixed-use building with residential, live/work, and commercial units. 200 South <br />Elk Lane will contain residential units. The attachments to this letter reflect additional <br />commercial space units and meter addresses. <br /> <br />Please update your records accordingly.
