This letter confirms the new addresses <br />assigned to a new mixed-use residential and commercial community that will replace an <br />existing industrial/corporate campus at 2300, 2310, and 2320 South Redhill Avenue. <br />The site’s existing addresses include: 2300, 2310, and 2320 South Redhill Avenue. Please note <br />that 2300 South Redhill Avenue will continue to be used for general site-related permits. The <br />site will contain up to six buildings, comprised of 1,100 residential units and 80,000 square feet <br />of commercial space. The initial two buildings will be 2010 East Warner Avenue and 2350 <br />South Redhill Avenue. Addressing plans and unit lists are attached for reference. <br />Please update your records accordingly.
