This letter confirms the additional new <br />addresses assigned to a new mixed-use residential and commercial community that will replace <br />an existing industrial/corporate campus at 2300, 2310, and 2320 South Redhill Avenue. <br />The site’s existing addresses include: 2300, 2310, and 2320 South Redhill Avenue. Please note <br />that 2300 South Redhill Avenue will continue to be used for general site-related permits. The <br />site will contain up to six buildings, comprised of 1,100 residential units and 80,000 square feet <br />of commercial space. The two additional buildings are 2390 South Redhill Avenue and 1938 <br />East Warner Avenue. (The two other recently-approved site addresses include 2010 East <br />Warner Avenue and 2350 South Redhill Avenue, which are referenced in a separate letter sent <br />to you on July 1, 2021.) Addressing plans and unit lists are attached for reference. <br />Please update your records accordingly.
