The Mandatory Measures (sign lighting controls) are required forcompliance with the sign lighting Standards, If the person responsible Jor installing the sign lighting power is not abo responsible for the sign lighting controla, then the owner OJ the sign, general contractor, or archltect shall be responsible to have the sign lighting controls installed. 3. 1f more than one person has responstbility for compliance, each responsible person shall prepare and sign a Cerfulcate of Compliance and an Installation Certincote applicable to the portion of construction for which they are responsible,· allernatively, the person with chief reiponsibility for construction shall prepare and sign the Certificate of Compliance Declaration Statement for the entire construction. 33.
