This letter confirms the address assignment <br />for Existing Triplex and Two New Accessory Dwelling Units located at 314 South Broadway and <br />(APN: 398-286-08). Notice is hereby given that the following assigned address(es) shall be posted <br />onsite per the approved address plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />Address(es) to be Activated/Posted Address(es) to be Deactivated/Removed <br />1.314 S.
