The existing attached garage <br />is to be converted into an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) and will be addressed to 2914 South Diamond <br />Street, Unit #2 and an attached Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit (JADU) addition is to be constructed to <br />the rear of the existing primary residence and will be addressed 2914 South Diamond Street, Unit #3 in <br />Santa Ana.
