C. ) <br />our records reftect that you obtained buildlng permits for seismic rehabilitation <br />of the subject building pursuant to said Seismic Safety Ordinance' <br />This letter is to inform you that under the provisions of the Ordinance.the <br />required alterations must commence uithin one hundred eighty (180) days from the <br />daEe the permit L,as issued, and the building must be corrected to neet the ninj-mum <br />requirements of the 0rdinance not later than Julv 29, 1986. As you should be avare' <br />this is the same information provided you in the origi.nal Notice and order sent to <br />you on July 29, 7983. <br />The consequences of failing to comply with any of the dates of the Ordinance are <br />that you vi11 be required to vacate the building and leave it vacant until such <br />tine that you have completed the selsmic rehabilitatj.on vork or you nay be required <br />to demolish the structure. In addition, you nay be subject to crininal or civil <br />action taken by the City Altorney.
