A. M. C. <br />Our records reflect that you have submitted plans for plan check for seismic <br />rehabilitation of the subject building pursuant to said Seismic Safety Ordinance. <br />This letter is to inform you that under the provisions of the Ordj.nance the owneris required to obtain permits to accomplish the necessary structural alterations <br />bv July 29, 1984. The re quired alterations must commence uithin one hundred eighty <br />(180) days from the date the pernit is issued, and the building must be correctedto meeL the minimum req uirements of the Ordinance not later than July 29 1986. <br />As you should be avare, this is the same information provided you in the original <br />Notice and Order sent to you on July 29, 1983. <br />The consequences of failing to comply with any of the dates of the ordinance are <br />that you vil1 be required to vacate the buildinB and leave it vacant until such <br />time that you have completed the seismic rehabilitation rrork or you may be required <br />to demol.ish the structure. In addition, you nay be subject to criminal or civl1 <br />action taken by the City Attorney.
