C, <br />o <br />sent a letter vhich re- <br />II (Hlgh Risk) to Class III <br />Ordinance (Sectlon 8-2000 <br />Santa AnaNo. 404 044 01 <br />0n August 27, 1982 <br />Our records reflect that you have submitted plans for plan check for seismj.c <br />rehabilitation of the subject building pursuan! to said Seismic Safety Ordinance. <br />This letter is to inform you lhat under the provisions of the Ordinance the oHner <br />is required to obtain permits to accoDpllsh the necessary sEructural alterations <br />b1,July 29, 1984. The re quired alterations must conmence vithin one hundred eighty <br />(180) days from the date the pernit i.s issued, and the building must be corrected <br />to meet the minimum req uirements of the ordinance not later than Ju1 2,o 1996. <br />As you should be anare, this is the same information provided you in the original <br />Notlce and Order sent to you on July 29, 1983. <br />The consequences of failing to comply L,ith any of the dates of the Ordinance are <br />that you vil1 be required to vacate the building and leave it vacant until such <br />time that you have completed the seismic rehabilitation work or you rDay be required <br />to denolish the structure. In addition, you may be subject to crininal or civil <br />action taken by rhe City Attorney.
