The <br />bulldirrg cannot be occupied beyond the date lndicaled in the Final <br />Notice and 0rder. <br />The only exception to the 0rder would be for contractors effecting <br />repairs, under permit, to brinS the structure into compliance vith <br />the Seismic Ord i nance. <br />Our records reflect that you have, i.ndeed, submitted plans for plan <br />check, but have not as yet obtained building pernits. Therefore, I <br />think it is very j.mportant that you understand that you have to obtain <br />permiLs, and complete the required rehabilitat.ion of your structure. <br />We will do everything we can to help you vith the expeditious <br />processing of your plans and issuance of the necessary permits. <br />Aga1n, let me stress that the building cannot be occupied beyond the <br />deadline in the accompanyinB Notice and Order.
