The re quired alterations must commence within one hundred eighty <br />(180) days from the date the perrnLt is issued, and the bullding nust be corrected <br />to neet the minimum requirement.s of the ordinance not later than Jul1 29, 1986. <br />As you should be aware, this is the same information provided you in the original <br />Noti.ce and Order sent !o you on July 29, 1983. <br />The consequences of failj.n8 to comply vith any of the dates of the ordinance are <br />that you will be required !o vacale the building and }eave it vacant until such <br />time that you have completed the seismic rehabilitatj.on r,rork or you nay be required <br />to demolish the structure. In addition, you may be subject to criminal or civil <br />action taken by the City Attorney.
