A Notice \das also recorded in the Office of the County <br />Recorder. Notice was given in those documents that the <br />building is constructed of a design and tyPe of unreinforced <br />masonry - construction which falls trithin the scoPe of the <br />ordina-nce. The Notice also stated that the owner is re- <br />q"ii"a to provide a structural analysis from a licensed <br />dtructural-or civil engineer or an architect within 270 days <br />"i tt" date of Notice. A Permit to correct the deficiencies <br />in the building was to be obtained not later than one year <br />from the date of Notice. The required alterations were to <br />be begun within 180 days of issuance of the permit and the <br />buildlng corrected to meet the minimum standards of the <br />ordinanie lrithin three years of service of the initial <br />Notice.
