NS-l598, rrhich amended Article XI of Chapter 8 of the Hunicipal Code <br />by amending Sections 8-2002, 8-2OO4, 8-2005 and 8-2006, and by adding Section 8-2004.5thereto. 0n March 14, 1983, the City Council adopred Ordinance No. NS-1673, which <br />amended Arti.cle XI of Chapter 8 of the Municipal Code by anending Sections 8-2003, <br />8-2006 and 8-2OO7, and by adding Sections 8-2003.1, 8-2003.5, and 8-2004.1 rhereto.Hereafter in this Notice, Ordinance No. NS-1518, as anended by Ordinances Nos.
