As <br />Descri.bed as Orange County Assessorrs Parcel No. 3gg esg l0 <br />The purpose of this letter is to again inform you of the requirements of the City <br />of Santa .A,na's Seismic Safety Ordinance (Article XI Chapter 8, Santa Ana Municipal Code). <br />Thls letter is to inform you that under the provlsions of the ordinance the owner is <br />required to provide a structural analysis prepared by a licensed structural engineer, <br />civil engineer or architect. This structural analysis, together vith Plans and cal- <br />culations necessary for correct.ive work, is tc be submitted to the City's Department <br />of Planning and Development Seryices for reviev by April 24, 1984. Permits required to <br />accomplish the necessary structural alterations nust be obtained by July 29, 1984. The <br />requj,red alterations must commence *ithin one hundred eighty (180) days from the date <br />for alternate classif i- <br />in the ordinance has expired. <br />mee! the mininum requi re- <br />should be auare, this i; <br />order sent to you on <br />to <br />you <br />andthe same information provided you in the oriEinal Notice <br />July 29, 1983. <br />The consequences of failing to comply with any of the dates of the ordinance are lhat <br />you will be required to vacate the building and leave it vacant until such time that <br />you have completed the seismic rehabilitation work or you may be required to demolish <br />the structure. In addition, you nay be subject to criminal or civil action taken by <br />the City Attorney.
