Site Description and Proposed Development <br />The subject site is located on the westerly side ofNewhope Street, east of Euclid Street, north of <br />Edinger Avenue and south ofMcFadden Avenue. u'ithin a fully developed area. <br />The proposed development generally consists of construction of an attached ADU and room <br />addition to the existing one-story house.
