Per sections <br />502A and 503A of the 2022 California Existing Building Code, additions and alterations to the existing supporting <br />structure that does not increase the demand to capacity ratio of gravity or lateral load carrying members by more than <br />5% or 10%, respectively, can be considered adequate. As such, Ladera Engineering Group considers this supporting <br />structure to be adequate in carrying the proposed carrier's equipment configuration as listed in this report. <br />4.1) Recommendations <br /> <br />The mount has sufficient capacity to carry the proposed loading configuration. In order for the results of the analysis to be <br />considered valid, the structural modifications listed below must be completed. <br />1. Installation of proposed mounts detailed in Construction Drawings by CDG, dated December 15, 2022. <br />The cabinet anchorage has sufficient capacity for the proposed corresponding equipment.
