<br />3. CONTRACTORS SHALL COORDINATE THEIR WORK WITH UTILITIES COMPANIES AND OTHER TRADES. ANY CONFLICTS
<br />SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE ARCHITECT'S ATTENTION PRIOR TO THE WORK BEING INSTALLED. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL MAKE
<br />THE CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST TO CORRECT THE WORK.
<br />4. EACH CONTRACTOR SHOULD VISIT THE SITE OF THE PROPOSED WORK, VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS AND EXISTING

<br />5. EACH CONTRACTOR WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE ISSUED BY AN ACCEPTABLE
<br />COMPANY PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF WORK ON THE SITE.
<br />6. MAINTAIN AREAS FREE OF WASTE MATERIALS, DEBRIS, AND RUBBISH. MAINTAIN SITE IN A CLEAN AND ORDERLY
<br />CONDITION. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL DISPOSE OF ALL DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS OFF SITE AND IN AN
<br />APPROVED MANNER, ACCORDING TO STATE AND CITY CODES. NOTIFY ARCHITECT AT ONCE IF ANY HAZARDOUS
<br />MATERIALS ARE ENCOUNTERED.
<br />7. COMPLETE FINAL CLEANING PRIOR TO WALK-THROUGH AND PREPARATION OF PUNCH LIST. CLEAN ALL SURFACES
<br />EXPOSED TO VIEW. REMOVE WASTE AND SURPLUS MATERIALS, RUBBISH, AND CONSTRUCTION FACILITIES FROM SITE.
<br />8. ALL EXIT DOORS SHALL BE OPENABLE FROM THE INSIDE WITHOUT THE USE OF A KEY OR ANY SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE OR
<br />EFFORT. NO DEADBOLTS, SLIDING BOLTS, ETC. PROVIDE SELF RELEASING LOCKING DEVICES ON EXIT DOORS.
<br />9. ALL PRIMARY ENTRANCES AND ALL FACILITIES IN THE BUILDING SHALL BE MADE ACCESSIBLE TO THE HANDICAPPED PER
<br />CBC CHAPTER 11B.
<br />10. CONTRACTOR TO SECURE PERMIT AS REQUIRED BY THE CITY FIRE MARSHALL, PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THIS SPACE.
