After review, PZSE certifies <br />that the alteration to the existing structure by installation of the PV system meets the requirements of the applicable codes and <br />criteria shown below: <br />The existing structure is adequate to support the PV alteration per 2022 CEBC §502.4 & 502.5. <br /> The PV module assembly including all structural supporting components shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturers <br />specifications and meet or exceed all requirements set forth by the referenced codes above. <br />The PV system shall be mounted flush to the existing roof surface. The contractor shall notify PZSE of any signs of damage to the <br />roof framing prior to commencing the installation. PZSE shall then determine if the existing roof is adequate to support the <br />applied loads.
