A new project will be established when all <br />necessary items are available. <br />- Assumes all microinverters used in the AC module are already certified as UL 1741, 3rd edition, SB compliant <br />- Assumes no additional hardware (including communication hardware) is implemented by Sunpower that would effect the S <br />certification of the microinverters. <br />- Assumes no testing and scope of project is limited to a documentation review and paperwork update of the Sunpower's file <br />- All invoices related to the quoted service will be issued to the address referenced on page one of this document unless instructe <br />otherwise. <br />- In the event of a testing or construction noncompliance, UL may invoice for those services rendered, while still working with yo <br />toward a resolution. Any additional testing or evaluation that is required as a result of a noncompliance may be invoiced separately. <br />- UL - Products Certified for US Services evaluated to the appropriate US Standard(s) <br />- CUL - Products Certified for Canada Service (C-UL Mark) evaluated to the appropriate CAN/CSA Standard(s) <br />- Canadian Federal and Provincial/Territorial statutes and regulations, such as the Consumer Packaging and Labeling Regulation <br />require the use of bilingual product markings for products sold in Canada and in the province of Quebec, additionally regulated under <br />'The Charter of the French Language'. The bilingual requirements include the Safety, Warning & Caution markings as defined by the <br />Standard or ORD. The UL Procedure contains the English language markings.
