<br />4. GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL PROTECT EXISTING STRUCTURES, UTILITIES, PROPERTY, ETC DURING CONSTRUCTION. RESTORE ALL ITEMS DAMAGED, AS REQUIRED BY OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE, TO THE
