August 10, 2021 <br />Re: UNIRAC Flashloc RM w/ Carlisle Syntec System – XXX <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />The installation of the UNIRAC Flashloc RM product on the Carlisle warranted roof located <br />at XXXXXX will not violate the Carlisle Total System Warrant. <br />Because the UNIRAC product is not produced or marketed by Carlisle, it is important to <br />note that the performance and watertight integrity of this product is not covered by the <br />Carlisle warranty. Leaks that may occur as a result of the installation of this product are the <br />sole responsibility of the building owner. <br />This letter only refers to the compatibility of the UNIRAC Flashloc RM attachment <br />system with the Carlisle roofing system.
