This letter confirms the address assignment for a new <br />Accessory Dwelling Unit located at 2612 South Griset Place and (APN: 412-324-53). Notice is hereby <br />given that the following assigned address(es) shall be posted onsite per the approved address plan, <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />Address(es) to be Activated/Posted <br />To subdivide commercial and/or residential units into multiple units, a building permit (and all other <br />associated permits), plans, and inspection approvals by the PBA are required.
