Approval by the City Inspector may also be required. <br />Please advise this office at least 24 hours prior to any required inspection or compaction <br />testing. <br /> <br />Limitations <br />This report has been prepared for the exclusive use of MrS. Meital Aviv for <br />planning purposes. Once final plans are prepared, this office should review the plans <br />that must be in conformance with our recommendations. It is her responsibility or her <br />representative to assure that the information and recommendations contained herein <br />are made available to the designers and contractors of this project. This report is <br />subject to review and approval by the Building Official. <br />This report is based on the information obtained from exploratory borings and <br />sampling locations using generally-accepted soils engineering practices.
