The proposed south elevation of structure is shown in Fig.1. The structural system consists <br />of wood structural frame system with shear wall. <br /> <br />Figure 1. The design of foundation is based on the default value <br />provided in foundation requirements for residential projects and accessory structures dated <br />06/22/2020 by the county of orange department of public works. The design of foundation is also <br />based on the default values provided in table 1806.2 of CBC 2022 for soil class 5 (cl, ml, mh and <br />ch).
