<br />ADDITIONS AND ALTERATIONS TO A BUILDING OR TENANT SPACE THAT CONSIST OF BUILDING ADDITIONS OF 1,000 SQ UARE FEET OR GREATER,
<br />NONCOMPLIANT PLUMBING FIXTURES REPLACEMENT WITH APPROPRIATE WATER-CONSERVING PLUMBING FIXTURES, AND/OR BUILDING ALTERATIONS
<br />WITH A PERMIT VALUATION OF $200,000 OR ABOVE SHALL REQUIRE VERIFICATION THAT UNIVERSAL WASTE ITEMS SUCH AS FLUORESCENT LAMPS AND
