Therefore, we are familiar with the <br />geotechnical conditions of the site. <br /> <br />Follow is a summary of our findings and conclusions and recommendations for this <br />project. <br /> <br />Site Description and Proposed Development <br /> <br />The subject property is located on the southerly side of W. 6th Street, south of Hazard <br />Avenue, north of W. 5th Street (north of W. 1st Street), east of Rosita Street (east of N. <br />Euclid Street), west of N. Newhope Street, within a developed residential area. <br /> <br />A one-story house with an attached garage exists at the site. <br /> <br />Based on the Site Plan prepared by the designer, we understand that the proposed new <br />detached ADU will be located in the rear yard area. <br /> <br />Note to the geotechnical report reviewer: Please see the actual full-scale plans prepared <br />by the architect/designer/civil engineer which are separately submitted to the City for <br />review, for clarification/details of the proposed development, as needed. <br /> <br />The site is relatively flat; and we understand that additional raw cut/raw fill is not <br />proposed for the site. <br /> <br />FLOOD ZONE - 4810 W Sixth <br />St Unit# 25/5/2025
