VERIFY <br />ITEMS TO BE SALVAGED WITH THE OWNER PRIOR TO THE START OF DEMOLITION. <br />REMOVE, PROTECT, CLEAN, REPAIR FOR REUSE AND TURN OVER SUCH ITEMS AS <br />DIRECTED BY THE OWNER. <br />12.IN ORDER TO INSTALL SOME OF THE NEW WORK (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED <br />TO MECHANICAL, PLUMBING OR ELECTRICAL) IT WILL BE NECESSARY FOR THE <br />CONTRACTOR AND HIS SUBCONTRACTORS TO REMOVE AND REPLACE (OR <br />REFINISH) EXISTING WALLS, FLOORS, OR CEILING IN THE AREAS OF THE BUILDING <br />NOT SHOWN ON THESE PLANS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL INCLUDE ALL RELATED <br />COSTS IN HIS BASE BID, WHETHER SHOWN ON THESE PLANS OR NOT. <br />13.PROTECT ADJACENT SPACES NOT SCHEDULED FOR DEMOLITION. PATCH AND <br />REPAIR DAMAGED FINISHES, ITEMS AND FIXTURES TO REMAIN AND/OR REPLACE <br />IN KIND TO MATCH EXISTING FROM DAMAGE DURING THE PROGRESS OF THE <br />WORK.
