IN CASE OF INCONSISTENCIES OR <br />DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN DRAWING , THE MOST STRINGENT NOTE OR <br />CONDITION SHALL APPLY AND THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY OWNER/ <br />ARCHITECT IMMEDIATELY OF SUCH DISCREPANCIES. <br />9. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SUB-CONTRACTOR TO FIELD VERIFY <br />EXISTING SITE CONDITIONS AND DIMENSIONS PRIOR TO STARTING <br />CONSTRUCTION. <br />10. INTERRUPTION OF SERVICES TO THE BUILDING SHALL BE HELD TO A <br />MINIMUM. COORDINATE SUCH INTERRUPTIONS WITH THE OWNER. EXISTING <br />SERVICES WHICH ARE IN ANY WAY AFFECTED BY THE PERFORMANCE OF <br />THIS WORK SHALL BE PROTECTED AND MAINTAINED, INCLUDING UTILITY <br />SERVICES FOR THE BUILDING THAT ORIGINATE IN OR THROUGH THE SPACE. <br />11. DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS, AND ALL COPIES THEREOF ARE LEGAL <br />INSTRUMENTS OF SERVICE FOR THE USE OF THE OWNER AND AUTHORIZED <br />REPRESENTATIVES ON THE DESIGNATED PROPERTY ONLY. OTHER USE <br />WITHOUT THE EXPRESSED WRITTEN PERMISSION OF THE ARCHITECT IS <br />PROHIBITED. <br />12. SPECIFICATIONS, DETAILS AND SCHEDULES WHICH MAY BE BOUND <br />SEPARATELY, ARE PART OF THESE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. DRAWINGS BY <br />CONSULTING PROFESSIONALS, SUCH AS STRUCTURAL, LANDSCAPE, ETC. <br />ARE SUPPLEMENTAL TO THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS AND ARE A PART <br />OF THESE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. <br />13. REFER TO GENERAL NOTES ON DRAWINGS OF OTHER DISCIPLINES FOR <br />ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS. <br />14. THE TERM "TYPICAL" OR "TYP" AS USED IN THESE DOCUMENTS SHALL MEAN <br />THAT THE CONDITION IS THE SAME FROM SIMILAR CONDITIONS, <br />THROUGHOUT UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. <br />GUARANTEES: <br />EACH CONTRACTOR AND SUBCONTRACTOR PARTICIPATING IN ANY PORTION OF <br />LANDLORD'S WORK OR TENANT'S WORK SHALL GUARANTEE THAT SUCH <br />PORTION WILL BE FREE FROM AND ANY AND ALL DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP <br />AND MATERIALS FOR THE PERIOD OF TIME WHICH CUSTOMARILY APPLIES IN <br />GOOD CONTRACTING PRACTICE IN THE COUNTY AND STATE WHERE THE <br />PROJECT IS LOCATED, BUT IN NO EVENT FOR LESS THAN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER <br />DELIVERY DATE. <br />THE AFORESAID GUARANTEES OF EACH SUCH CONTRACTOR SHALL INCLUDE <br />THE OBLIGATION TO REPAIR OR REPLACE IN A FIRST- CLASS WORKMAN LIKE <br />MANNER,WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGE, ANY AND ALL WORK DONE OR <br />FURNISHED BY THEM OR BY ANY OR THEIR SUBCONTRACTORS, EMPLOYEES OR <br />AGENTS , WHICH SHALL BE OR BECOME DEFECTIVE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR FROM <br />THE DELIVERY DATE, INCLUDING WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGE THEREOF ALL <br />EXPENSES AND DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE REMOVAL , REPLACEMENT <br />AND/OR REPAIR IN A FIRST CLASS AND WORKMAN LIKE MANNER OF ANY OTHER <br />PART OF THE WORK WHICH MAY BE DAMAGED OF DISTURBED THEREBY.
