Phone: 714-829-5053; Email: Tienchu.pe@gmail.com <br /> <br />Page 14 <br /> <br /> <br />9.0 INSPECTION <br />As a necessary requisite to the use of this report, the following inspection is recommended: <br />Temporary excavations. <br />Removal of surficial soils. <br />Backfill placement and compaction. <br />• Foundation excavations. The geotechnical engineer should be notified at least 1 day in <br />advance of the start of construction. A joint meeting between the client, the contractor, and <br />the geotechnical engineer is recommended prior to the start of construction to discuss <br />specific procedures and scheduling. <br /> <br />10.0 INVESTIGATION LIMITATIONS <br />+ The materials encountered on the subject site and utilized in our laboratory testing program <br />are believed to be representative of the area. However, soil may vary in characters between <br />the exploratory borings. Since our investigation is based on the site materials observed, <br />selected laboratory testing, and engineering analyses, the conclusions and <br />recommendations are professional opinion.
