A copy of th is form sh all be attached to each of TW O sets of plans , of <br />minimum 11 ” x 17” size. W ill th e PV system be installed with a space of 2” minimum to 10” maximum between <br /> th e u nderside of mod ule s and the surface of the roof? <br />7. W ill th e PV system be installed withou t u sing any ballast system or counter-weight <br /> system? <br />8. W ill th e anch ors be installed with a maximum horizontal anch or spacing of 6 feet <br />and is this maximum h orizontal spacing shown on the plans? <br />9. W ill th e minimum 5/1 6” lag screws be installed with a minimum of 2 -1/2 inch <br />embedment into roof rafters (with pre-drilled holes) and is this minimum embedment <br />shown on the plans? <br />10. Are ALL th e stru ctu ral pages of the plans stamped and signed by a C alifornia <br />licensed professional eng ineer?
