[CEC 690.4(B)] <br />3. ALL OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT SHALL BE NEMA 3R RATED, INCLUDING ALL ROOF MOUNTED TRANSITION BOXES AND NON <br />ROOF SWITCHES. ROOF SWITCHES TO BE NEMA 4 RATED. <br />4. WHERE PV SYSTEM DC CIRCUIT'S RUN INSIDE A BUILDING, THEY SHALL BE CONTAINED IN METAL RACEWAYS TYPE MC <br />METAL CLAD CABLE OR METAL ENCLOSURES FROM POINT OF PENETRATION OF THE SURFACE OF THE BUILDING TO THE <br />FIRST READILY ACCESSIBLE DISCONNECTING MEANS.
