UTILITY HAS 24-HR UNRESTRICTED ACCESS TO ALL PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM COMPONENTS LOCATED AT SERVICE ENTRANCE. <br />8. SYSTEM SHALL COMPLY WITH CEC 690.12 REQUIREMENT FOR RAPID SHUTDOWN. <br />9.
