Included in this report are the results of the field <br />exploration and the recommendations for the design of the foundation <br />system. <br />Site Coordinates Latitude: 33.7664 Longitude: -117.8522 <br />Site Condition The proposed tower will be installed at 2210 ¾ N. Grand Avenue in <br />Santa Ana, California. <br />Frost Depth <br />Based on the TIA Standard (TIA-222-H), dated October 2017, the <br />recommended design frost penetration depth to be used for Orange <br />County, CA is 5 inches (0.4 ft). <br />Groundwater <br />Groundwater was not encountered at the time of drilling.
