CLOSURE The conclusion and recommendations contained in this report are presented based on geotechnical data as described herein which are believed representative of the total project area. However, earth materials can vary in characteristics, both laterally and vertically, and those variations could affect the conclusions and recommendations contained herein. As such, observation and testing by a qualified geotechnical consultant during the construction phase of the project are essential to confirming the basis of this report. This report has been prepared consistent with that level of care being provided by other professionals providing similar services at the locale and time period. The contents of this report are professional opinions and as such, are not to be considered a guaranty or warranty. This report should be reviewed and updated after a period of one year or if the lot ownership or site conditions / proposed development change from that described herein.
