This
may reasonably be expected during the life of the structure and should be designed accordingly.

The primary conditions affecting the proposed project site development are as follows:

• Presence of undocumented fill (in excess of 7 feet)
• High settlement in the vicinity of the proposed spa

The engineering evaluation performed concerning site preparation and the recommendations
presented are based on information provided to us and obtained by us during our office and
field work. This report is prepared for the proposed deck replacement within the subject site. In
the event that any significant changes are made to the proposed development, the conclusions
and recommendations contained in this report shall not be considered valid unless the changes
are reviewed, and the recommendations of this report are verified or modified in writing by TGR.
2039 N Victoria Drive
#24/28/2025
