Preliminary site information was obtained by a representative of Sunrun. Prior to installation of the solar PV system, a site <br />observation shall be conducted by a representative of Sunrun to confirm the above-noted assumptions. Structural evaluation of the loading is <br />based on the assumptions above and the applicable design criteria listed below. <br />Design Criteria: <br /> • 2022 CBC/CEBC, 7-16 ASCE & 2018 NDS <br /> • Basic (Category II) Wind Speed V=96 mph, Exposure B <br /> • Ground Snow Load = 0 psf <br />Based on this evaluation, I certify that the alteration to the existing structure by installation of the PV system meets the requirements of the <br />applicable existing building code provisions adopted/referenced above. <br />Additionally, the PV module assembly and hardware supporting it have been designed according to manufacturer's specifications per the <br />loading criteria referenced above. <br />Installer shall inspect the existing roof framing to verify it is in suitable condition and does not exhibit any signs of damage which may diminish <br />the capacity of its members or connections prior to commencement of PV installation.
