The purpose of this report was to evaluate the subsurface <br />conditions and provide recommendations for foundation designs and other relevant parameters for the <br />proposed construction. <br />Based on the findings of our field exploration, laboratory testing and engineering analysis, the proposed <br />construction of the subject site for the intended use is feasible from the geotechnical engineering <br />viewpoint, provided that specific recommendations set forth herein are followed. <br />This opportunity to be of service is sincerely appreciated.
