Structural review was based on site <br />observations and the design criteria listed below: <br />Design Criteria: <br />- Applicable Codes = 2013 CBC, ASCE 7-10, and 2012 NDS <br />- Risk Category = II <br />- Wind Speed = 110 mph, Exposure Category C <br />- Roof Dead Load = 7 psf (All MPs) <br />- Roof Live Load = 19 psf (All MPs) <br />- Ground/Roof Snow Load = 0 psf <br />On the above referenced project, the structural roof framing has been reviewed for loading from the PV system on the roof. The <br />structural review only applies to the section(s) of the roof that directly supporting the PV system and its supporting elements.
