<br /> <br /> <br />APPENDIX A - Field Exploration <br /> <br /> <br />Subsurface conditions were explored on September 25, 2025 by drilling one boring to a maximum <br />depth of approximately 5 feet. The borehole was advanced by a handheld auger. The drilled <br />borehole was located in the field by tape measurements from known landmarks. Its location as <br />shown is therefore within the accuracy of such measurements. <br /> <br />The field explorations were performed under supervision of our engineer who prepared detailed log <br />of the boring, classified the soil encountered, and obtained soil samples for laboratory testing. <br /> <br />The soils were classified based on visual observations during the field investigation and results of <br />the laboratory testing. Soil classifications were conducted in accordance with the Unified Soil <br />Classification System.
