sR0130298 <br />PC33: <br />0493477 46, Page 3 of 3 <br />HAND SINKS <br />All handwashing facilities shall be supplied with warm water supplied through a mixing valve or combination faucet at a <br />temperature of at least 100'F. All other sinks shall supply hot water at a temperature of at least 120"F. <br />Handwashing cleanser and single-use sanitary towels must be provided in dispensers at all handwashing facilities. Hot <br />air blowers may be provided in lieu ofthe hand towel dispensers. <br />PC37: LIGHTING <br />All light fi)dures installed over utensil washing, food handling or storage areas shall be equipped with approved safety <br />covers. <br />PC41: WATER HEATER <br />Vvhen a tankless water heater is proposed, provide a minimum flow rate of '13 gallons per minute at a 50'F rise <br />PC4/.FLOOR SINKS <br />All equipment which generates condensate or similar liquid wastes shall be drained by means of indirect waste pipes <br />into a floor sink. Floor drains are not to be used in lieu of floor sinks. <br />All floor sinks must be at least half-exposed under the curb mounted equipment, or be in line with the front face of <br />elevated freestanding equipment, and located within 15 feet of the condensate producjng equipment. <br />PC47: GREASETRAP/INTERCEPTOR <br />Grease traps are not required by this Agency. lf provided, a grease trap or interceptor shall not be located in a food or <br />utensil handling area. <br />PC.l8: VERiIINEXCLUSION <br />All buildings are to be insect and rodent proofed.
