Distance between beam supporting fan and adjacent, parallel beam on each side is at least 20 feet. <br />4. Do not attach more than 1 fan to the same existing steel beam (including existing fans). <br />5. Length of extension tube is no more than 2'-0". Tube weight does not exceed 4.4 lbs per foot of length. <br />Contact structural engineer if any of these assumptions is not satisfied. <br />3. Contractor shall verify that no additional load is being supported by beam of interest, which was not <br />considered in the original design, including fans already installed. <br />1.
