The ARC has approved the <br />submitted plans and specifications that were prepared by Sign Specialists Corporation and dated <br />12/23/2013 Job No. 831126 by Designer: Daniel Chappell for Hart I King, 4 Hutton Centre Drive. To <br />close out this request, the ARC will need: <br />1) a copy of the stamped and approved drawings by the City <br />2) a copy of the final signed off permit card after the installation is complete <br />The ARC's approval of the signage plans and specifications shall not constitute any representation or <br />certification of compliance with any applicable governmental regulations. The City building department <br />and/or other governmental agencies may require a building or other permit(s) prior to the commencement <br />of any work. Neither the ARC nor the Declarant assumes any responsibility for failure to obtain such <br />permit(s).
