THE SITE SHALL BE STRIPPED OF EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN <br />THE PERIMETER CITY SIDEWALKS AND OWNERS PROPERTY. ALL <br />MATERIALS FROM DEMOLITION SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE <br />BY THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR UNLESS APPROVED FOR REUSE ON <br />SITE BY THE STRUCTURAL, GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS AND <br />GOVERNING AGENCIES. <br />6. ALL CONTRACTORS MUST TAKE PARTICULAR CARE WHEN <br />EXCAVATIONS IN AND AROUND EXISTING UTILITY LINES AND <br />EQUIPMENT. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO INSPECT EACH <br />DAY AND REMOVE ALL MUD, DIRT, GRAVEL AND LOOSE MATERIALS <br />TRACKED, DUMPED, SPILLED OR WIND BLOWN FROM THIS SITE ONTO <br />OTHER SITES, RIGHT OF WAYS, PUBLIC OR PRIVATE STREETS OR <br />ROADS, DRIVEWAYS, YARDS OR SIDEWALKS. THE CONTRACTOR <br />MUST CLEAN OR PICK UP DAILY IF NECESSARY. THE CONTRACTOR <br />SHALL REDUCE AIRBORNE DUST DURING THE ENTIRE DEMOLITION <br />SCHEDULE. WATER MAY BE USED AS A REDUCER. <br />11. IF ANY HAZARDOUS MATERIALS ARE ENCOUNTERED THE OWNER <br />SHALL BE NOTIFIED. THOSE MATERIALS SHALL BE REMOVED AND <br />DISPOSED OF IN A MANNER AS APPROVED BY ALL GOVERNING <br />AGENCIES AND IN A LANDFILL OR DISPOSAL FACILITY LICENSED TO <br />ACCEPT HAZARDOUS MATERIAL. <br />12.
