EXISTING GREASE DUCT OPENING <br />AT EACH FLOOR TO REMAIN. <br />5.INSTALL AIR CURTAIN AT DELIVERY DOOR. THE AIR CURTAIN SHALL PROVIDE <br />A DOWNWARD-OUTWARD FLOW NOT LESS THAN 8" WIDE NOZZLE AND AN <br />AIRFLOW NOT LESS THAN 1600 FPM ACROSS THE ENTIRE OPENING AT A <br />POINT MEASURED 3' ABOVE THE FLOOR.
