<br />GENERAL:
<br />1. All construction shall conform to the California Building Code.
<br />2. It is the contractors responsibility to ascertain that construction conform to the structural
<br />calculations. Contractor shall field verify all dimensions prior to construction. Any field condition
<br />found to be unusual, or not addressed, shall be reported to Design Engineer.
<br />3. Any specified shear wall sheathing shall extend continuously from the top to the bottom plates.
<br />4. All posts and columns shall be erected with ICC approved (Simpson, or equal) column caps and post
<br />bases, or as specified.
<br />5. Use standard approved (Simpson, or equal) HU Joist hangers. Unless Otherwise Noted.
